Another Whirlwind Weekend

Look who dropped by last weekend!

My cousins, Jessie and Jenny (more affectionately known as Wei and Zhen) came down south from KL last Friday and spent the weekend with us! Since Jess just finished her Year 1 in uni, she'll be free till September before starting Year 2. She took a trip down with her sissy for three days!

It was great seeing them again, since the last time we saw each other was for two days, pretty quick and brief. Yes, two days is kind of short as we normally spend time during our holidays for about a week every time we're up at their place.

We've always said we wanted to take a roadtrip somewhere. It didn't really matter whether it's overseas or just around KL city. As long as we travel on our own, with a backpack, without the supervision of our parents. You know, just a couple of best like-minded friends with a queer eye for authentic travels and little cultural delights.

So, since there was this Harry Potter Exhibition going on at the ArtScience museum in Singapore, we grabbed the opportunity and slayed it like a dragon. We took a trip across the causeway to the Lion City, Singapore for a day and went sight-seeing at a couple of places. Got to plan our trip the night before, though kind of risky but the spontaneity made it all laidback and fun. So, it was more of a go-with-the-flow kind of thang which I was totally up for!

Anyway, it's raining now. So, I better get off the Internet. Am pretty sure it's a sign from the Gods that I should start finishing my assignments now. Yikes! But no worries, blogposts about my Singapore stint is coming at-cha, full speed.

So, do come back or feel free to hit the RSS feed Follow button at the sidebar, so that you'll get in the know of any updates instantly!

Hasta luego!
