broken fingers.

If you asked me about a year ago, why I love Taekwondo and why do you like getting all sweaty? I would have answered you, beacause I love Taekwondo, I love doing what I love with best buddies and I get to keep fit and my stamina up, always. And if you asked me now, I would simply say the same thing tho my buddies are not with me, but I've made new acquaintances. New friends are always a good thing, i guess. But it's also about the smell of sweat, I like. Whoa, reading that back is super weird and disgusting (you might say) but I dont know, I just like sweating. LOL I guess I'm not a typical girly-girl who cant bare a single drop of sweat and couldn't take the vigorous exercise. And I must say, I am proud to be who I am. :)

After being back in Taekwondo for 3 weeks straight after a hiatus of one whole year,  it feels super to be back and running around the dojang. It feels great to be doing kicks and executing everything, knowing that my stamina meter is increasing in a good way. It gives you this jolt of excitement when you get to kick the target at the point. Well, that's how I feel at the least.

The first week I was back and kicking, it was pretty much a hellhole. I couldnt keep up with all the running around in circles and executing kicks and leaps. And that was only the first half hour of training. I think I stopped to catch my breath for about 3 times in total. What the heck?! It was a rude awakening that I was sooooooooo unfit despite the long walks around Cape Town and all the water sports I tried so hard to do good in Worcester. Hah! What was I thinking? Haha. Anyway, three weeks down the line, i feel more energised and fitter than ever. I am a happy person :)

Owh yeah, did I mention? I kinda broke two of my fingers during free sparing yesterday and it has been sooooo inconvenient. I can't even eat properly, as in hold the utensils in place. I can't even type correctly without feeling strikes of pain. I can't hold anything with my right had or write. Shit. Why must it be my right hand? Damn.

Gonna get to the clinic soon.
